The Artist (Lovarei / Lexxi Brumfield) reserves the rights to all artwork; both completed and during its initial stages. This is including usage for portfolio, examples, prints, social media, art advertising and Patreon rewards. Character ownership and concept remains with the client(s) and will be stated in the initial public posts for the work if requested.

The artist reserves the right to refuse a commission at their own discretion.

Clients who choose to share the final piece via their own social media must credit the artist as "Lovarei". This includes backgrounds, icons, or banners. Removal of watermarks is prohibited. Neglect of credit may result in immediate blacklisting should the artist feel their work is being claimed as someone else's.

Personal sales of the commissioned piece are prohibited. Including but not limited to: T-Shirts, stickers, key chains, or advertisements. Any merch made must be for client alone, and not provided as a method of future sales.

Information regarding the commission type, client's username, character names, or commission themes may be posted publicly via Trello boards, Patreon, or other social media once the piece has been completed and throughout it's working stages.

At no point in time will the clients full legal name, email address, or paypal billing information be shared, distributed, or discussed. This information remains between the client and the artist to ensure the clients safety.

Should the client request full confidentiality, the piece will be uploaded to Patreon for patrons but will omit any usernames, or other personal information about the client or their piece.

All payments will be taken via PayPal invoice, and will be billed to the email address provided in the order form. Payments will need to be paid in full prior to the artist beginning the commission process. Any invoices that are not paid within 48 hours will be cancelled and your spot will be given to the next available client.

Payment plans and discounts are not available at this time

The artist will not begin the commission process until the sent invoice has been paid. Should the funds not clear, the client will be contacted and the commission will be cancelled if not resolved.

Should a charge-back be filed, or a payment is cancelled in any way, the client will be placed on an immediate blacklist and will no longer be able to place a future order. This rule also applies for Patreon Discounts or Rewards.

Once the commission has begun, there is no longer any options for a refund. By sending the payment, the client has agreed to the vision and terms that were set during consultation. If changes need to be made to the commission, they need to be voiced during the beginning stages of the process. Please keep in mind that making the payment is reserving the time the artist must spend working for you. Even if you cancel during the process, the artist has already spent time working on this vision for you, and must be paid accordingly for that time.

Prices are final. Please do not attempt to haggle or you may be blacklisted.
